JURORS SAYS THEY ARE UNABLE TO REACH A VERDICT IN STANFORD PONZI SCHEME TRIAL

The jurors deliberating in the Federal criminal trial of the accused billion dollar Ponzi schemer, R. Allen Stanford, have advised the court that they have been, thus far, unable to reach a verdict. The judge ordered them back into further deliberations. If a mistrial is declared,  a costly retrial will be required.
